Respectful, accountable, dependable, consistent, trustworthy: These traits need to be mutually shared between us, or this won't work. Be willing to commit to plans to view the space and to meet me, your housemate and property owner, and my two dogs. This listing is not for you if you do not get along with very large dogs.

Professional work. I’m very clean. Will not use the kitchen anymore. Working every day except Friday.

Hi guys I’m Kyana, I go by they/them, I’m attending VIU this year for Child and Youthcare and I’m hoping to share an apartment. very pet friendly!!! I put 800 as my budget, but depending on what we find I can make adjustments. I’m kind of shy at first but after I warm up to you I’m generally super loud and energetic. I’m neurodivergent and enjoy collecting items; I struggle with keeping my things organized but relatively good at cleaning up. I have a very strong aversion to drugs and alcohol and am not comfortable with anything like that in the apartment. I enjoy a variety of hobbies but particularly drawing and crafting!! :)

A bit about me: my name is Parth, and I'm relocating to Nanaimo to start a full-time role as Assistant Manager, Operations at Old Navy in Woodgrove Centre. I'm in Canada on a work permit valid until 2029, so I'm settled here long-term and have stable, steady income. I'm a clean, quiet, and reliable tenant [non-smoker, no pets — confirm].

I work a lot so I mainly stay out as much as possible and work as much as possible

I'm really just looking for somewhere to stay not interested in getting know anyone or friends

Hello! I am looking around for an apartment/suite to rent or a roommate also looking to go in on a 2 bedroom, 2bathroom space. I work Monday-Friday, with guaranteed income. I am looking for a cat and cannabis friendly individual to rent with. I may tend to come off as shy because I am generally quiet and stick to myself when off and enjoying my own time. But with the right roommate I have a very bubbly, charismatic, friendly personality. I value cleanliness, and myself am very tired and organized. So looking for someone who can equally put in daily effort to keep shared space tidy but also want to put it out there, that this would be your home to. I want you to feel like this is your home just as much as mine. Building a friendship and being able to connect/have often conversations or participate in activities together is something I am 100% open to doing if that is the kind of thing you are looking for in a roommate. Please contact me if you would like to chat more if interested or have any questions. Thank you.
