Hi, me and my wife would love to welcome you to our beautiful, cozy home with facing a ravine in Oshawa. We are looking for a quiet, respectful, clean and responsible student for our huge walkout, lower level accommodation at Townline and Bloor, Oshawa.
We are looking for a person that takes pride in their living space. We value cleanliness and expect you to maintain high standards and take good care of all appliances, TV, beds, dressers, and the entire living space, floors, walls etc.
My wife loves to cook and entertain and you’ll be welcome to join us when we have BBQs over for in the summer. Be ready for lots of Canadian and Filipino food!

1 BEDROOM is available in a 3 bedroom basement aprtment, share 1 updated bathroom, kitchen, living room with other students.
No smoking or pets on the premises
No loud noise after 10 pm please.

Pickup and drop off to/from the airport: $80. Must be coordinated directly with owner and booked at least 48 hours ahead of time and if we are not at work we will come and pick you up.
Cleaning of entire unit if requested during stay if you can't do it: $60 each time.
Costs are in Canadian dollars. Payment for the accommodation and any optional additional services are to be paid directly to the host upon arrival in cash or e-transfer
We also request a $300 security deposit, refundable when you leave, after inspection.
