Huge ancestral house in a quiet forest 15 minutes by car from down town Quebec, and from 2 ski stations! Wood stove, 2 firesides, swimming pool and terrace. The other side of the street is the Lake St-Charles where you can ski in the winter, or kayak and swim during summer. We speak french, english and a bit of spanish. We are a family of 3. We live in a house in a residential area with friendly neighbors, close to Laval University, Cégep de Ste-Foy and IUCPQ with all services/stores nearby. There are two bikes/pair of snowshoes available (bring your helmet) to get around summer and winter, the neighborhood pool (June to August) is next door = 100 meters.

The Jacques-Cartier River and woodlands are just a few steps away. The sunsets and the strolls on the edge of the water in natural environment over km are magnificent and free here. The house is located more or less 20 minutes from Quebec City, in a quiet street close to all accommodations. I am a photographer and I have a large workshop in a building behind the house that can also be shared during a creative project based on compatibility for a fee. Visual arts workshops and optional photography. Non-smokers and lovers the animals are essential.
