Name's Sean. I'm neat and quiet, generally keep to myself. I'm on a fixed income although I do technical remote work for companies across Canada. Typically spend my days reading, binging Netflix or exploring the lower mainland. I seldom drink and don't drug. Well that's me, the short version anyway.

I am experienced homestay. I hosted different nationalities. We enjoyed having students in our home. We treat them like our extended family. Students enjoyed staying with us. We speak English at home. I have single rooms and double occupancy. Students have kitchen, dining room and living room to watch their own TV and have their own share bathroom with other students. I live with my husband and 2 adults children. We have 4 bathrooms. Each of us have our own bathroom. I live Surrey 30 minutes away to the city of Vancouver. My house is very accessible to transits, 2 minutes walk from my home and 10 minutes walk from the train station to the city. I am close to the shopping malls and restaurants and cinemas ,5 minutes walk to the gym and recreational places.

Provided homestay for 19+ yrs. . Room in large superclean home. Guests are expected to keep it as clean as in photos. Female only. No animals allowed. Bus close one block. Must be very clean, tidy, quiet. No smoking, drugs, parties. I sweep every room daily and dust. Doors left open when not in. Must keep room organized, clean and bed made daily. I am EXTREMELY PARTICULAR ABOUT THE KITCHEN so rules must be followed regarding washing everything down after use and water restrictions are in effect in metro vancouver Meals could be provided for additional fee. No cooking past 7pm and no kitchen use after 8 pm except microwave. No eating anywhere but dining table. All Rules must be strictly followed. I have a list of rules expected to be followed I review upon arrival. Especially regarding kitchen and stove use and cleaning up after yourself in any space you use. No cooking strong smelling foods. No use of laundry past 8pm. And bathroom time limits to accommodate all guests. Floors can never get wet and you're required to clean all areas of it after use

I can cook I clean, I stay out of people's business and stay to my Owen, and I'm a musician I play guitar! I 420 and other substances friendly, bet you can't do more push ups then me.

This is a 2bed 1bath basement. The whole rent is $2200 which includes utilities + $70-80 for wifi, I have a connection with Rogers. I’m taking the 2nd bedroom which is larger and I want to split the rent $1150 me and $1050 + ~$40 for internet for the smaller room. If you’re comfortable with the smaller room and want to be my roommate! I have a video of the house if you want to get a better idea of the size of the space. I have a cat so please please be cat friendly, she comes with a litter box and a cat tree 🙂 I keep the house clean as I’m allergic to her lol. She is not friendly with other pets I’m so sorry. She has a personality so pet at your own risk. she mostly lounges in the house and will never disturb you (she loves smelling your shoes and playing with the laser) I have some furniture to put around the house and you are welcome to bring your own stuff.! eg I don’t have table/chair/couch but I do have a 5 tier shelf to put in the space next to the kitchen or laundry and I only use 2 tiers for my books and succulents. I also have an air fryer, microwave, kettle, pots and pans for the kitchen but I don’t have dishes! All ages and genders are welcome, the landlord requires proof of ID and income/assistance. No smokers, no partying!

I am Calm neat tidy person who knows his limits and want my roommate to do so. Privacy is very important for me. I do not like mess in kitchen. We should always keep our place clean and smells good

We are a family of 3, myself, my husband and my funny 13-year old teen. We are musically inclined. My husband is a drummer and a bass player, I am a spa uniform designer and a licensed Financial Advisor. We love the outdoors and spending family time. We give respect to our homestay students and expect mutual respect. We love hosting and showing what Vancouver has to offer.

I owned my property over 15 years, we already hosted over 70 SFU’s students, professors, doctors. Each two private bedrooms shared one bathroom. Each of bedroom size over 400 sqft.
