HOUSE SHARE - Private Bedroom and Semi-Private Bathroom Looking for a housemate to share our spacious upper-level three bedroom & two-bathroom suite in a duplex! The suite has recently been renovated with new appliances and includes a dishwasher, washer and dryer. In addition to your private bedroom, you will have access to all common areas: kitchen, living room, two patios, and the back yard. There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. This is why I have labelled the bathroom "semi-private." You will be sharing the house with a young married couple (33 male, 28 female) and a friendly dog. One works in the film industry and the other is a personal care assistant at a veterinary hospital. Unfortunately, we cannot have any more pets at this time. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet, but very close to shops, restaurants, Coquitlam Center Mall, and grocery stores. It is also close to main driving routes such as Highway 1 and Lougheed. It is a 1-minute walk to the Coquitlam River, which is great for cooling off in the Summer and surrounded by a network of maintained walking trails. The Lincoln Skytrain station is a 15-minute walk. Hello! My boyfriend and I are looking for a new roomie to take over the one bedroom dec 1.Your bedroom would of course be off limits to us, as our room would be off limits to you. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is paid laundry in the basement, and also a laundromat a few blocks away on Fraser & Broadway. We are Close to the 99 and Commercial broadway station. Our place is fully furnished minus whatever you would need for you bedroom, we have a lot so it would be best for someone who really doesn’t have much furniture There’s a shared front porch (our friends upstairs have access to this as well) as well as our private deck in the back yard! My boyfriend Dane and I love art and music, there’s always music playing, art being made in the winter…Summer time is mostly spent outside! We also have 2 cats, and a few fish tanks, so you would have to be good with pets. We both work full time jobs, Monday to Friday and I work on call 2-3 days each week. We both smoke and are also 420 friendly ! Roommate must clean up after themselves. Not days later either. Do your dishes, clean what you use,respect others in the house. This includes floors, stove, bathroom. If you’re a person who likes peace and quiet, this wouldn’t be the place for you. Would be good to find a like minded person like us. Rent is due the first of each month , with cash, as our landlord does not do e-transfer. Rent would be 1000 a month which includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
