Near Crosstown Eglinton LRT starting soon. 15/20 minutes walk to large grocery stores, coffee, doctors, pharmacy, pizza, library and other shopping. Convenience store, gym, swimming pool, coin laundry is downstairs. Near Don valley scenic trails for hiking, walking, or biking. Suits a clean full time student/professional. Vegetarians preferred. Expected to enjoy and contribute to keeping clean. Our home is cozy, clean, newly renovated to host students comfortably, with their private space. I live upstairs with my two children (boys 7 and 8 year old). My home is very welcoming and we love hosting! Our neighborhood is very close to public transit, walking distance to grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy and a 10 min walk to a community centre with free access to outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, as well as walking trails.
