Hey! I’m Jess. I’m currently on the search for a room to rent in the area but I’m nervous about moving in with random roommates. It would be soo nice to find another woman who has similar lifestyle habits and values to me, and who would potentially like to rent a 2-bedroom together!
I’ll share a little about myself and what I’m looking for below - please feel free to reach out if you feel like we would be a good fit.
I’m a 30-year old woman who works from home running her own business (I help private practice therapists with their admin and social media). I own a 12-year old friendly male cat. I’m very much a homebody who loves her downtime and alone time, but I’m also open to hanging out sometimes if we hit it off as friends (but no pressure there). I’m very organized, clean, respectful, tidy, and like living in a calm, cozy, peaceful, non-cluttered space. I enjoy being out in nature and staying active. I rarely ever host and if I do it’s only 1-3 people. I have a car and I don’t smoke.
I would be looking for someone similar who is kind, good at communicating, organized, clean, respectful, a non-smoker, financially stable, and values a cozy, peaceful, harmonious, tidy home. Also ideally an introvert.
