Previously I was studying at FIC which is college for international students based on SFU. I've already lived 3 years in Canada (2 years at SFU residence and 1 year at rented home near Burquitlam station). In 2 years of living on residence never received a noise complaint, same while I was living outside of SFU residence. I'm tidy and know how to use utilities. I'm not a great cook, but I've never had an alarm triggering accident. I have no problems with the quiet hour rule. I don't own pets, drink alcohol or smoke on the landlord's property. I sometimes come late but don't make any noise or do activities during the night.

OOHH and a fully equipped, (fridge,freezer,stove,oven sinks ect) all working and clean. its a MUST for me, as I EXTREEMLY LOVE TO COOK! and would GLADLY do the cooking for any/everyone open to it‽ I do not believe in boxed foods or preç cooked sh!t. I do all my prepping and cooking by hand with fresh ingredients! U name it I can most definitely cook it! Also I absolutely LOVE baking too! Just sayin' lol. One more thing I should mention, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my bathroom time! And need hot hot water . A bathtub would be preferred, but not a deal breaker...😶.. also I absolutely love animals of ANY KIND!!! 😁 Anyways that's 'bout all I can think of at the moment but will let u know if anything else comes up and I strongly encourage you to do the same! ☺️
