Previously I was studying at FIC which is college for international students based on SFU. I've already lived 3 years in Canada (2 years at SFU residence and 1 year at rented home near Burquitlam station). In 2 years of living on residence never received a noise complaint, same while I was living outside of SFU residence. I'm tidy and know how to use utilities. I'm not a great cook, but I've never had an alarm triggering accident. I have no problems with the quiet hour rule. I don't own pets, drink alcohol or smoke on the landlord's property. I sometimes come late but don't make any noise or do activities during the night.

I am quiet ( though I play computer games but I wear earphone). I don’t smoke, have no pets, and I'm quite at home most of the time. I live a regular life and can cook myself.
