I’m easy to get along with and prefer to avoid drama, so living with me tends to feel pretty peaceful and low-stress.

I am looking for a private room for myself to rent and my current living situation is not healthy. I am tidy and will clean up my messes after use. I am flexible with the living situation as I am single, but would like a room enough to fit a queen bed, a computer table and a closet space. I am currently working about 25 hours a week as I am in school until the end of May. I don't have any pets and I work in the medical industry. I don't smoke or drink but don't mind if you do. I work most days and pretty much all day so I won't be too much of a bother, I swear I'm as understanding and polite as I can be and don't have many issues about much. I'm needing to move pretty much asap from an unsafe environment so I hope that's not too much of a problem.
