I am relocating from the Carolina's seeking a comfortable and safe environment. I am a very clean, neat, and organized person that is very respectable towards other people's property. I am a hard worker that I already have two jobs that will consume most of my time. This is a transitional phase for me and I am looking to find the best roommate situation available to begin my new journey.

I'm a kind sweet guy really that grew up in the south so I automatically show southern hospitality and respect. Im just in a position to where I really don't have it or can't afford to much right now and I feel I don't deserve to be on the streets. I work and don't mind working and I love cleaning and know how to clean.

I can clean after myself, I'll only interact/socialize if the other person wishes, and I am willing to cook/bake for the household if my schedule allows

Easy going clean quite very respectful work out of town in mid 30s don't shit where you eat clean after yourself. Respect others space do fair share of house hold tasks always pay bills I'm time no pets not dating so it's just me and myself and I'm always away for work

I'll be starting as an architectural designer downtown and looking for housing in University District, Wallingford or Upper Queens Ave. A bit about me: I'm 25, just finished my Master's in Urban Design, originally from India but spent the last couple years on the East Coast. I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty easy-going. I don't have a car (by choice!) so I'm all about that public transit life - need to be near light rail for my commute downtown. What I'm looking for: Ideally a room in a 2-3 bedroom place with chill roommates. Budget around $900-1200.
