However, we don't require any long term commitments, we just require that you let us know 30 days in advance if you are leaving so we can show the room to other prospective licensees.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED EXCEPT CABLE.  All televisions must be 32 inches or smaller and must have Roku, Amazon Fire or antenna. You are not allowed to generate a bill with our address.
