Searching in Victoria, BC
Hey! My name is Bekah, I’m 26 and I’m moving to Victoria in November 2026. I’m currently looking for one female housemate, around 25–30 ish years old, to team up with and find a 2-bedroom rental together :)
Where??: Fernwood, James Bay, Fairfield, Vic West + close surrounding neighbourhoods
My budget: around $1,200/month
Move-in: November 2026
Lease length: ideally 12 months
A little about me: I’m a laid-back, respectful and considerate person who really values having a clean and comfortable home. I always, always clean up after myself and I’m very respectful of other people’s schedules, belongings and space!
I have plenty of housemate/rental experience from living in Ontario, doing 2 ski seasons & 2 summer seasons within BC, and also spending 2 years living in Australia, so I’m very used to sharing a home with other people!
I work full time in hospitality/customer service, I will be looking for full time work again closer to arriving in Victoria! Outside of work, I love getting outside whenever I can, going for walks, grabbing coffee, brunch, hikes, thrifting, Pilates/gym and generally just enjoying the basics 😇 I do enjoy a night out every now and then and love having friends over for dinner or drinks, so it would be fun to have a home where we can occasionally have a little dinner party or girls’ night too!
Ideally, I’d love to find a housemate who could also become a friend — share dinners from time to time, grab coffee, catch up at the end of the day, etc. At the same time, I definitely appreciate having some alone time and think that balance is important when living together!
If you think our personalities/lifestyles might be a good match, I’d love to chat! 🫶✨
