I live in a spacious very centrally located modern house in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. I am, 20 minutes walk from the city centre (Stephens Green) & 3 minutes from 2 Luas stops (Ranelagh & Charlemont); on the 46a/11/145 bus route for UCD & on a direct bus route from the airport (700 blue bus to Upr Leeson street). My house is on a quiet leafy street close to the canal & 3 minutes walk from Ranelagh village (through a park) with shops, cafes and restaurants. You have the use of a private guest sitting room as well as your bedroom. The guest sitting room has a kitchenette with sink, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. I am right beside the Luas lines,the electric tram is not too loud and stops around 12 am. No longterm stays or rentals. ONE person only per room.

I have been sharing my home for 3 years and I love it! I have over 6 years experience as a host as well in my previous property. This is a two storey house with garden that is less than a 5 minute walk to the hospital (WUH) so ideal if you are working there. I offer serviced rooms. The rooms are cleaned weekly and bed linen changed every two weeks. I supply bed linen and towels which I also wash etc. I also clean the common areas such as kitchen/bathrooms on a weekly basis. Also included in the rent is everything that we all use, everything from toilet paper to laundry detergent.

You will be sharing my family home with me and my partner (in our early sixties). The young adults are abroad studying. We are easy going and friendly but have full lives and like to be out and about. You will have use of the kitchen with living area and TV. We have a cat. The bedroom is a double bedroom with ensuite. The ensuite is a jack and Jill bathroom and will possibly be shared with one other for the purpose of taking a shower. There is another bathroom downstairs for that person with toilet and wash hand baisin.

It's usually just me at the house, but family sometimes visit for a day or two. Half or Full-board options are also available. Gary and Joe would like to welcome you to our home. We live in a spacious home in Finglas. We are a 25 minute bus route to the city center. Buses are every 10 to 15 minutes to the city center. The N4 bus travels between Blanchardstown and the Point Village passing DCU and the bus can be got at the top of our road every 15 to 20 mins. There are a variety of shops and supermarkets nearby. We have a very welcoming home and love to meet new people and learn about new cultures. Our children are now adults but they still come and go a lot. We do respect your privacy and will not impose ourselves if that is your wish. We live at the foot of the Galty Mountains in the beautiful Glen of Aherlow where you can enjoy the outdoors and nature at its best. Go for a walk in the Nature Park to see the birds and wildlife, pick flowers and you also have the freedom to run in the surrounding woodlands. It is very scenic place and offers many activities, like hiking, horse riding, fishing, mountain biking, and golf. Cahir Castle and the Rock of Cashel are only 30min away and you can also visit Mitchelstown Caves again approx 30min away. Ballyhoura Country, famous for its forests, trails, mountain biking and local food producers is just 35min. Our location is only an hour from both Cork and Shannon Airports and two and a half hours from Dublin. There are many hotels ,restaurant's and shops within 20min from our home. Local shop and bars only 15min walk. It would be advisable to have a car as public transport is not very frequent.
