Hello, I am a 28 year old male looking for a roommate to move into a two bedroom two bath apartment at Icon Cartersville. I work full time during office hours as an office professional and also attend graduate school part time. I have furniture for the common areas and am big into ambient lighting so i have light strips behind couches, smart lamps, etc. Hobbies include watching sports, gaming, reading. I tend to have my a couple of friends over occasionally but we are not loud. I am gay but "straight acting" i'm told and all my friends are straight, so I am comfortable rooming with someone gay or straight I currently reside in a one bedroom and will transfer my lease to a two bedroom once I find a roommate. Icon requires every occupant to sign the lease and they will run your credit. You would be responsible for half the rent (around $700 each ) and half the utilities: Water =$60, internet = $45, electricity around $100 a month. so probably around $800 total. Open to starting the lease anytime after 01/20/26 but am not in a rush

I just moved out from California, I was working in the solar Industry but was laid off due a merger. I found a full time job out in this area which worked out well because my baby girl has a family up in Ringgold. I have 1 6 year old girl that will only be over occasionally as this is not permanent.
