I am looking to find new roommates for 2 rooms in a house I have been renting in the Reed College neighborhood. Each room is $730/month and monthly utilities are approximately $130 per person which includes water, power, and internet. I am a 29 year old professional who works a full-time night shift schedule. I enjoy working out at a gym nearby, cooking, gardening, and working on various art/diy projects in my spare time. The living room is a shared space with a TV. There is a garden in the backyard as well as a fire pit, charcoal grill, and badminton net. Paying rent and utilities on time, cleanliness, emotional intelligence, and respect for other's space are very important to me, and I am looking for roommates who share these values. I don't smoke and rarely drink and would prefer to live with people who practice moderation when it comes to those things. I have no issues with anyone smoking herb (outside). The smell is the only concern. I will be able to show the house as early as the 1st of February
