There are 3 people who live in the home. My roommate who lives upstairs with me, My son and I. My roommate has 2 cats and I have 2 cats. 3 nights a week my mom stays the night and she has a little dog Monday-Friday during the day it's very quiet in the home. When my son gets home from school it can be noise up until 7:30/8pm when he goes to bed. We are very respectful of other people's privacy. My son knows not to go into the basement. I am really good at communicating! I am also very easy to talk to and I am an understanding person!

The property is a brand new home set up like a dormitory 9 rooms inside 4 of which have private bathrooms and the remaining rooms share 2 bathrooms making it to where each bathroom is only shared by one other renter. Everything is provided rooms are outfitted with a full size bed and sheets, private TV with Wi-Fi, dresser six drawer, mini fridge, and full closet. Common areas consist of a laundry room with two washers and two dryers free for use, a living room with wraparound couch 65 in TV with subscriptions paid for, dining room with eight person dining table, kitchen fully operational with full size stove, all utensils for eating and preparing food, dishwasher, countertop utensils such as coffee maker, toaster, Etc. And game room with game table puzzles Games Etc.

I work full time. I get along with people very easily. I'm also a great communicater.
