My boyfriend and I are looking for a room to rent our lease is up Aug 3rd, I am an artist that runs community functions in delray and margate. He works at a vape store. I have credit but no verifiable income other than bank statements, he has never had a credit card and has lived with his parents prior to our recent lease. Were pretty quiet we do our chores, and adjust to accommodate and anticipate need in the house hold, I stay in my room most of the time and play video games on my switch or just do my promotional work and content creation good wifi is a must for us, we dont have pets but occasionally the animal distribution system happens and I foster an abandoned kitten for short periods hasn't happened in over a year tho, we do volunteer work and give out food to the homeless once a month, we currently dont have a car but have saved up for one and uber mostly, occationally we have guests that visit from out of state to help with fundraisers to start our non profit, were pretty simple, we like family style living but we also have boundaries with accommodating whatevers more comfortable, if u like sitting and eating with us and watching tv thats chill, and we tend to make food that lasts and is enough for everyone to have some.
