In my 40 s; lived on my own for several years so have my own furnishings…As rent keeps going up I’m hoping to/ wanting to rent a house with someone hopefully with enough space for both of us and maybe a pool to lounge in with a back yard and maybe find something with no carpet. I have an adorable small doodle(12-15lbs) who’s indoor now but would love for him to have a yard . I also have a cat . However I’m allergic to most cats and dogs . Less allergenic the better . ( Siberians and doodles …. litter robot to keep things odor free and clean .)
As for me I’m a professional who has a flexible work schedule somewhat ,as I am a contract employee . Looking into Maybe renting a home 3-5 bdrm home so if we need an office we have a room that can be dedicated as an office . And maybe a room for a home gym . And our own private rooms with own bath .
Bc of my work I commute all over OC and, LA county so I’m open to locations somewhat however budget seems to be leaning towards corona, norco, chino areas. Open to OC or Duarte, Pasadena, areas if we can find something that meets our criteria .
When I did have roommates I would tend to keep to myself in my room and occasionally share meals and watch tv in shared spaces. Keep shared spaces tidy . I don’t tend to have a lot of visitors over and I don’t party ,use recreational drugs and prefer non smokers . Respect people’s privacy and expect same in return . Although you may come to love my dog and or cat they are pretty snuggly . My cat is good at respecting boundaries if you don’t want to snuggle but she will stare at you adoringly from a distance . Both are pretty quiet for the most part .
