This is a home owned by me, and I generally rent rooms to friends at a cheap rate. My good friend is getting their own place and moving out of the biggest room in the house, the size of the master bedroom and bathroom combined.
The room is $800 flat a month, no extra bills. Everything is included like streaming services. The house is a 2 story. There are 2 rooms downstairs with a shared pool room space, and bathroom. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a kitchen, and living room. I do also have an office space near the living room where I work remotely often.
The house has had many different personalities living in it since 2018 and has always been an adventure. Everyone is very calm, and roomates always turn into more of a family here. We are all avid music lovers and go out to shows often.
The garage has also been converted to a gym, with Matt's and weightlifting equipment.
We have a well behaved dog and 2 cats.
