I own and manage a small swimming pool Service company and have for 23 years. I do not work in the field so I am home a lot, quasi retired. I normally get up 6 or later. Go to bed on average 9-10pm. Nap if I can in the afternoon. I do dog sit on a frequently. I dog sit frequently. It helps keep my Labrador, Moses, entertained and me in play money. So, liking or hopefully loving dogs is the #2 requirement for wanting to share this home. They are all well behaved. If you love dogs you'll love them all! I'm an old hippie with a young soul & mind. I get along well with people. I am a very kind and caring person. I have a polite sense of humor and can be a great Listener. I am 420 friendly and enjoy an evening cocktail or two. I don't have a big social life, not much company. Keep to myself pretty much. My bestie moved away. I'm single going on 8 years but still great friends with 8my x. I enjoy taking care of my yard which is my hobby I guess. You will find I keep the floors clean, the kitchen tidy and the bath room near spotless! I think you will find that I truly am a nice, friendly, honest and genuine person.
