I’m looking for someone who own a home with a clean, large, fenced in backyard as I have a 2 year old dog with lots of energy who I’d love to provide the space to run and play in. Unfortunately I’m not in a place in life where I can buy a house of my own so this is my next best option! I’m not a huge fan of dog parks either as you never know what you’re going to get there as far as aggressive or unvaccinated dogs are concerned. I’m a working professional and I work from home. I’m a pretty social person who loves to travel, workout and spend time with my dog. My current lease ends in mid-July 2026 which is why I’m looking for a new spot around that time frame.

I live on property, but not in the front house where 2 of 3 rooms are available. Full house privileges, including television in the living room, stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, all cooking utensils including pots and pans along with dishes and glasswares. The back of the house has a large deck and I have a big bbq grill in the back yard for all to use. I ask that you pay your rent on time, respect everyone living here, always clean up after yourself, no fighting, real loud noise, and no illegal drug use. This is a good neighborhood. My one Tennant and myself are layed back and easy to get along with. Thank you.
