This is a shared home with two roommates already living on site. A male and female late 20s early 30s, both professionals with dogs 😀 would rather not have anymore dogs but we can discuss if need be. There is two rooms available, a master bedroom and a smaller room both are freshly painted. The pictures will be updates when fully restored. We have a child that lives in the home off and on. Requirements background check, jobs or proof of income, must like dogs, references and rental history (if any). Utilities are included, laundry on site, shared kitchen, bathroom with the upstairs roommates and shared shower. House is free range for the most part, safe neighborhood and fenced in backyard.
