Hi, name is Bobby, I'm looking for a room for rent or a roommate or roommates to split the cost of an apartment or house. I'm a nice guy, I mind my business, I don't steal or touch things that don't belong to me, I get along with just about anyone, I pay my bills on time, I keep things clean & clean up any mess I might make, I smoke cigarettes but only outside, I hate smoking indoors, I'm 420 friendly, which I can also bring that outside if need be, I don't have 1 myself but I love pets, both cats & dogs, so if you have a pet that's fine with me so long as it's cared for properly & any messes they might make are cleaned up promptly by the pets owner. I will be up front, couple yrs ago I was homeless & addicted to drugs, drugs I got caught with a few times, so I have some felonies for possession of narcotics. Since then I've sobered up through treatment but still have those felonies on my record, which could pose a problem if the landlord of wherever we happen to be looking to rent, runs a background check, that's going to come up. But they may just overlook those felonies because they weren't violent charges, nor were they for any kind of theft or property damage, & nor did they involve any kind of sexual offenses, you won't find my name on the sex offenders registry list. That's about all I can think to say here, if you don't mind anything I said here, lmk. I don't discriminate either, I can live with men or women, straight, gay, bi, black, white or purple, as long as your money is green, & you're responsible about paying your share of the bills, I could care less what your race, gender, or sexual orientation is, I could care less.
