Looking for a roommate who’s chill, respectful, and actually down to hang out sometimes (like once a week—I’m not trying to live with a ghost). I’m pretty quiet and keep things low-key, so I’d love someone similar who doesn’t keep super late hours. Non-negotiables: Must be clean. Not a clean freak, but please… no science experiments growing in the sink. I’m allergic to 420, so no smoking. Give a heads-up before overnight guests—no randoms popping up. Locking the door consistently is a must. Bonus points if you have a dog—I don’t have time for one (law student life), but I will be its biggest fan. I love the gym, and I’m new to Phoenix, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s also down to be friends, not just split rent.
