The terms are month to month, all utilities are included, no smoking allowed in the unit, no pets allowed. The deposit is non-refundable. The agreement is a licensee agreement not a standard lease, there are rules that have to be followed to ensure the unit is taken care of and rent is paid on time. In the event rules are not followed you will be asked to leave the property.
