I require the Space to be peaceful, drama free, no drunkeness (if one can drink and still be peaceful and respectful then ok, i do not drink or hang around it) if others smoke it must be outside, i do not smoke. My sole focus is to have a place to relax/work on creating a new frame of stability and structure in my life.
