There's a ping pong table for entertainment. The kitchen has a joined dining area and a living room with a TV.

I don't socialize with my tenants at all. I live in nextdoor. Just whenever they need any repairs or discuss any issue. Housekeeping provided 2/ week. Pool Maintenance once / week also. Garbage pickup on Mondays.
