3160 sq ft 4 bedroom home w/ water softener in a small gated community. The home is in an amazing location just north of 215 near the new Durango Stations Casino and The Bend. This location is great because it’s so easy to hop on 215 at S. Durango to head to The Strip, UNLV, or Henderson. or at Russell to pop up to Summerlin.

We are a lowkey and quite household, not a party house.
50ish year old female divorcee working from home most of the time with 1 of the bedrooms serving as office space. I have a thirst for learning and am always seeking professional and personal development, as well as new experiences that lead to growth. As a business owner/solopreneur, I work practically all the time, but my schedule can be flexible even though my to-do list is never ending. I have a variety of interests including podcasts, photography, reading, live music, dining out, coffee, cocktails/tequila/whiskey/whisky (though I'm not a heavy drinker and rarely drink at home), hiking (sort of), shopping (I'm savvy), and creating memorable experiences. I enjoy getting to know people and am a good listener and non-judgmental, but am fine with a roommate that wants to keep to themselves.

L arge master bedroom with large private bathroom and HUGE closet. The room currently has a King bed, dresser, upright chest, nightstands, TV, desk/chair.
Utilities and streaming services included -- gas, water, sewer, trash, electric, high speed internet, netflix, hulu, prime, apple tv, and spotify, etc.
Also supplied are most standard pantry and household staples and typically 1-2 meals per month.
Parking -- 3 car garage but really only holds 2 w/ one comfortably in the driveway or on the street. Usually first come, first serve.
Shared kitchen, laundry, and living room.
Min stay 90 days and then month to month
Deposit ($500) and background check required.
