Amazing 2 bed/1 bath attached guest house (guest suites) available now! The upper unit sleeps up to 2 per room, but can accommodate more, with 2 separate bedrooms and a shared living space. There is a futon and an extra cot, so the entire upstairs can easily sleep 6 (Please ask us for entire unit rental). The duplex has separate entrance, with common area below that includes game room with pool table, ping-pong, and air hockey! Garden with very pleasant gazebo with fire pit in the summer. We also have fast wifi and free laundry available. There is plenty of street parking (by permit), and private off-street parking for one vehicle (please make sure availability in advance). For monthly guests, we include weekly light grocery shopping for breakfast meals and snacks. Will also consider renting out entire unit. We prefer students, but will consider traveling families, and people with legitimate business travel in the Milwaukee area. Additional deposit required for smokers (but preferably non smokers please!). We reserve the right to vet our guests and deny guests based on safety concerns at our discretion.
