We’re Chris and Amanda, a considerate couple who value a quiet, comfortable home with a friendly, respectful vibe.
• Peaceful Most of the Time – We keep things calm and low-key. While we rarely have parties, there may be the occasional celebration or emergency guest — and we always give a heads-up by text.
• Clear Communication – We prefer to communicate important things by text so everyone’s on the same page.
• Evening Routine – We usually watch TV for a couple hours in the evening (sound may carry a bit downstairs) and are in bed by 9 p.m., so the house is quiet overnight.
• Respect for Space – Our living area is separated by a curtain from the shared spaces, which helps maintain privacy for everyone.
• Introvert-Friendly – I’m naturally more introverted, so unless we’re friends, I’ll keep interactions friendly but minimal — no pressure for constant small talk.
