I am semi-retired and typically have home to myself. I am quiet, friendly, and enjoy intelligent conversation. I enjoy many card games, like bridge but not like poker, and various board games. When here alone, I watch too much tv so a good roommate will also save me from mind rot.

My dog Roux and I are looking for a roommate to share a brand new apartment at University Park Commons on the near west side of Madison. Details: Rent is $735 each and includes everything but electric. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Move in date is approximately Feb 1 but it could be a little earlier. Parking is available. Great location right next to Hyvee, bus line, pharmacy and dog park. This is a "workforce housing" apartment with income restrictions so you need to earn under $20,000.
