Hi there I am Yusha , 27 years old male . I stay quiet and very friendly. I am very get along with people. I respect everyone space. I do have a one large furnished private room for rent It is big and the room has large closet, one big California king bed ,mini desk table /lamp table ironing board ,heater,pool side window view ,big balcony and swimming pool.It is located in Marin County, Mill Valley (Strawberry Shopping mall) area, very close to the city ,6min drive to Golden Gate Bridge, 1 min drive to highway/freeway, 2 min walking distance to bus stop, 4min walking distance to safeway and many others shopping stores. The rent is $1400(all utilities,high speed internet included). Couple are welcome too just extra $200. This is a very nice neighborhood, no crimes and great weather. I am a clean, considerate and conscientious roommate. I clean up after myself. On weekends, I schedule time to help get the place cleaned up. I don't drink, smoke or party. I am a sociable, yet quiet and reserved person. I enjoy having my personal space and I respect others who like their personal space.
