Stay with Tracey in my 4 bedroom home in Oceanside. Available will be 1 Single room furnished with Full size bed, desk ,TV. We have lots of varied interests; cooking and watching movies. Share house with mom, one son who is 21 and our family dog who is a terrier mix and very friendly and easy going . We also have a frenchie puppy. Tracey is 52 and enjoys watching movies. She speaks English. Tracey has 2 boys (ages 21 and 25) the 25 doesn’t live at home but visits once a year . I charge $1,100 monthly Includes WiFi and all utilities. Rent does not include any meals. However you have access to kitchen. I prefer long term student or someone working outside of home.

Currently 3 of us, one moving back home soon, me (24) and my other roommate (25) will be staying. Both very chill. Not strict people, no crazy rules or anything. Overnight guest are okay. Basically if it’s cool with the landlord it’s cool with us. Prefer to keep things clean. Street parking available, we have a decent sized garage, we have a weigh bench in there but neither of us really park in there unless it’s street cleaning or something. The master is just the room that’s going to be available once our 3rd roommate moves out, not super different in size so the rent is split evenly.
