We have supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We are 15 to 20 minutes to the beach and downtown. We are located a couple blocks away from CTA Brown and Blue train lines and buses. It is located close to the 90/94 Expressway. Reasonable distance to Northeastern University, North Park University, Northwestern University, DePaul, UIC, Loyola University. I am accepting only FEMALE renters to share with other female students. Rental Fee is accepted upon arrival.

I live in a house built in 1895 that me and my father lovingly restored while keeping it's original charm. I am the third owner the house, only preceded by the wealthy brewing company family that built the house and archdiocese of Chicago which ran the home as a Catholic settlement house in Chicago. I'm public transitable to most major universities in Chicago including: Depaul, Northwestern, Columbia, UIC, Loyola, IIT, CSU, Roosevelt, Kendall. The property spans three city lots and has over 7000sq ft of total living space across two buildings. The house is about a block away from the Kedzie green line station and is about 20 minutes from the city center via public transit/biking. The house has a shared kitchen and multiple shared bathrooms. There is about 2500 square feet of common areas including a dining room, pool room, 2 living rooms, and a tv area. There are a total of 11 bedrooms in house, of which I'm happy to recommend which room is the best fit based on your needs/requirements. The house has a private yard with multiple outdoor seating areas, and if you have a car that's electric, I have charging for that as well. I travel overseas for work about 4 months out of the year, but I have some other long term guests that help manage the property while I'm away. I'm open to arrangements like this with tenants on a case by case basis. The house has 1 gigabit wifi and commercial access points. All utilities including heat, power, internet are included.

We live on the Northwest side in Chicago. Family friendly neighborhood, very safe and nice area. Close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. There is free WiFi and laundry facilities. I have 4 children and 3 are married. My youngest Brittany lives on her own now she is a Registered Nurse in the hospital. I have been hosting female guests for over 13 yrs and have had over 120 students in my home, I really enjoy it. There are no pets or men in the home. There is a great yard with garden which you can sit out an enjoy the Chicago weather(when it isn't cold, if it cold and snow you can make snow angels). You will enjoy our apartment using our comfortable share living rooms (second or lower floor depending where you stay), and is call it the Relaxing room with a beautiful carpet and many pillows and a few chairs to relax, listen to quiet and relaxing music, do yoga, meditation or read a book while feeling the breeze of our ceiling fan, I have decorated this space with plants and some international decorations of our trips. In our lower floor apartment we have space fans. The shared dining rooms are spacious with a comfortable table for 6 people (second floor) and a table for 4 people in our lower floor, light decorated with our trip souvenirs. You can also enjoy your meals around the table or on the kitchen table (second floor) as you want. There is a smart TV with a Blu-ray player in our dining room (second floor) and in the living room of our lower floor, with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. You can use our shared bathroom where we can provide clean towels, other amenities such as soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand sanitizer, hand cream, body lotion and toiletries. We have a good shared kitchen with a stove, stove extractor, refrigerator, cabinets, microwave, conventional oven, toaster, blender, pantry to store your food products, etc. You can enjoy the breakfast with fresh coffee or tea self-served. Enjoy cooking your own breakfast, lunch or dinner; you can cook your meals where we can provide kitchen utensils to facilitate the time for your cooking. We can provide also a specific space for your fresh produces in the refrigerator. You can refresh yourself with ice cubes from our ice maker machine and cool water that is part of the fridge, you can also prepare your own smoothies and beverages. During your stay you can use the beautiful shared back yard of the house and our brick patio, you can use this yard by using our umbrellas, a yard chair or using your own towel to relax, for sunbathing or read a book, enjoy your 420 experience, you can also have a peaceful experience enjoying our tons of plants and flowers, during the day beautiful birds singing around the yard, you can also use the grill outside. Hello, my name is Mirsada. Our neighborhood is located close to Oak Park in Chicago. The metra train station is two blocks away. The bus is a block away. The greenline is 10/20 minutes away ridden to with a bus, the blueline is 20 minutes also with bus. It's a lovely neighborhood, family orientated, and there's a lot of grocery stores and shops near by. There's a field nearby, as well as a park with a pool. Educations near by are: Colombia college and Bir training center.

Oak Park is a beautiful & safe suburb of Chicago. It is close to transportation and 20 minutes from downtown Chicago.

This a bungalow and we will like to share our housing with some responsible, clean, respectful person. We have an available room/downstairs space that we like to rent out with this sharing program. Space consists of a bedroom with a full-sized bed with desk and walk-in closet, also a private bathroom with a hot tub and steam room, and a private lounge space. Although the space is technically shared, there is a lot of privacy - it is essentially like a garden apartment. Parents of a Harvard and Northwestern University Graduated children, trying to fill up the empty nest and find someone to give our love and care.

Our location is very near Grand Ave. and Harlem Ave. The Metra train to Union Station and the both Harlem Ave. bus and Grand Ave buses are only a block away. There are many buses that will take you to various places of the city. The Grand Ave. bus goes right to Navy Pier downtown. Also there is a 10 minute bus to ESL at Dominican and Concordia. There is also a 20 minute bus to the green line El train. There are also many choices of public transportation to get you anywhere you want to go. Our home has a big back yard that has a patio, deck and outdoor swimming pool. Smoking is permitted outside. We have No Children, No Pets, and Free parking. Currently we have 1 bedroom available. The guest room is right off the kitchen across from the shared bathroom. The room has a twin bed, desk, desk chair, full length mirror, study lamp, room lamp, light, ceiling fan, book case and a closet. There is also a tv ready to be hooked up to your computer.
