We welcome Concertgoers, Deadheads, Cub Fans, and musicians from all over the world. We do not discriminate and Andersonville is a lively neighborhood with nearby bars, concert venues, transportation, coffee shops, restaurants, Wrigley Field. It is also safe and gay-friendly. We may or may not have interaction with you depending on our schedule. You will have a key and can be free to enter and exit at any time. We try to keep a clean home but please do not expect a 5-star hotel. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. You share the bathroom and have a fridge in your bedroom. This is a great place to stay for the weekend and discover Chicago easily by public transportation. In a great area close to concert venues, bars, restaurants, The Cubs, Coffee shops, and boutiques. You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 min by the Blue Line/ I-90 (subject to traffic). Free street parking is available as well. Located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet green neighborhood with all amenities of a modern building. The cozy bed is perfect for 2 but our air mattress can sleep 2 more. You have your own room and shared bathroom, kitchen and living room(I barely use) which I furnish. You furnish your own bedroom including a window ac unit if you want ac.. I have a large closet u can use in the entryway for more storage or hanging things if you need. I don't care if your a male or female just be cool and respectful. You have to be clean. Guests allowed but need to be limited and you will be responsible for whoever you bring in my home. I will ask you to sign a rental agreement. Sec deposit can either be 850 (refundable or used as last month rent) or you can pay a 425 non refundable move in fee. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PAY STUBS.
