Hello,
We are looking for one roommate to join myself and another (two of us) in renting a townhome or apartment. Our ideal rent costs would be under $1,150 per person. We will be looking to rent in Bothell, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, or Woodinville. We can try to find a place we all like together 🙂
A little bit about the two of us: Yujin and Mao
We are in our early/mid 20’s and are both working full time jobs. Yujin works from home most days of the week while Mao is in-person for work.
Our hobbies include gaming (PC and Switch), playing card games and board games, going out to cafes, trying out new restaurants, reading (books, webtoons, manga), watching shows and movies (korean dramas, dramas, comedy, horror, etc.), studying together, and going on some mini road trips during the warmer seasons to explore the state or go up to Canada.
What’s life like with the two of us?
We eat meals together when we are at home! Yujin tends to cook Korean/Asian cuisine - some of our dishes to come by are as follows: cumin lamb/beef, soft tofu soup, curry, mapo tofu, daikon and beef soup, LA Galbi, kimchi stew, stir fried veggies with meats, pasta dishes, along with other dishes. All of our meals are paid for together to help reduce meal costs. Often, we also have lunches made for our work days or have more of dinner made to have extra for lunches. Mao does the dishes after meals as our chores are split in a way that if you are cooking, then you are not cleaning the dishes. Of course, we do help out with cooking and cleaning and switch who does what when we need to.
We clean up our home together - discussing what needs to be cleaned and what each person feels up to handling. Our communication aims to be direct, honest, clear, and open with one another.

You enjoy eating asian food and love the idea of spending time together with roommates. You are in your 20-30's and are also a girl! You don't smoke - cigarettes, vape, blunts. You don't have any large dogs. You are humorous and able to joke around with your friends. You like to have a cleaned space and are able to split chores with others. You are okay with direct questions and feedback, and maybe are as good as giving feedback and being direct as well.
