Hi, im 21f searching for a place to rent longterm until I can get my credit fixed and buy my own place. I work full-time so you'll hardly even know im there and im really quiet and clean. I dont have friends so I wouldnt have people over and I dont own any pets or smoke. I clean up after myself and as long as you are cleaning up after yourself too, I dont mind doing the deep cleaning in the shared areas of the home. I mind my business, like I said you'll hardly even know im there and I pay my rent on time just communicate with me on when the due date is.
