Hello, I am looking to rent a room with a private bathroom at the end of January, when my current lease is up. I would like to be able to have a microwave, fridge or mini-fridge, stove or hot plate, and access to a washer and dryer. I work full-time at a veterinary hospital, and I do petsitting at other people's houses on the side. I have two cats who may "talk" a lot, but they only scratch on their scratching posts, and they only urinate and defecate in their litterboxes, and they love people. I am very quiet, don't drink or do drugs, and the only person that I have over is my mom when she's in town from Florida, which is maybe 4 nights out of the year.
