we will always be on time with payments if not then we will be early as long as we know how much it is, it's me and my girlfriend moving in so rent will be split as best as possible between us or i will cover it all, assuming that electricity or water is separate from the bill we can be very conservative and were not scared to teach as well as learn a thing or two from anyone. god put us here for a learning experience and iron only sharpens iron. (no I'm not Christian as i don't believe in religion but i am a follower of Jesus Christ and i promise i wont shove Christ down your throat, if you have questions were more then happy to talk about it but otherwise I wont force anything that isn't my place to) i pray you consider us and i apologize for the rambling in advance. we will be moving to Florida soon and were hoping to find a place around or in the Miami area
