I am looking for a private room and a bathroom and mostly looking for 6 months to one year lease.

My GF and I are looking for a place to call home at the moment for ourselves but recently we have found ourselves to be homeless. We are only looking for a place to stay at until we are able to find our new home. We have a few cat's that are fixed, trained and indoor cat's that come along with US.

I'm a single father of 2 (10 & 16). I work full time and typically stay to myself. I don't mind hanging out, but I more often than not stay to myself. I keep my space clean and tidy. My off time is usually spent binging movies or gaming. I love to cook and love to eat too lol just looking for my next stepping stone in life.

I tend to keep my space clean and pick up after myself. I have a cat but she tends to stay in my room will help with chores any way I can

We are a male/female couple in our 40s looking to rent a room while we save for a home. We have 2 cats (spayed, always use litterbox). We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related. We haven't had guests in years, but are fine with others having guests. We're not very picky, as long as we have a room that is all ours to spend our time together.

I am looking for a private room for myself to rent and my current living situation is not healthy. I am tidy and will clean up my messes after use. I am flexible with the living situation as I am single, but would like a room enough to fit a queen bed, a computer table and a closet space.
