Once furnished, we'll be living in this new construction Southern Charmer with many upgrades including granite counters in the kitchen and baths, Stainless Steel appliances (including a 5 burner gas range), wood floors, a paver patio in the backyard, privacy fence, and 2 parking spaces in the driveway. The home is in the hip Starland District of Savannah on a corner lot near many parks (including about 10 blocks away from the Savannah Bananas ballpark, 2 blocks of the newer SCAD upperclass dorms and within 3 miles of 4 nearby hospitals (and 1 more within 7 miles). Our son will be using the 2nd bedroom as a current SCAD sophomore in the Video Game Design program. The guest (3rd) bedroom has a designer Queen Bedroom suite.

My private home offers a decent experience in a convenient location. It is an older two story home. Ideal for a guest who likes to experience the feel of yesteryears; still, close to modern days amenities. The room is cozy and there is a twin size mattress placed on a futon, a small TV, desk & chair, and a puzzle table. A kitchenette overlooking the patio is available and shared when other guests occupy the larger room. It has a small fridge, a microwave, a hot plate, pots, pans, utensils, a juicer, and a coffee maker. The full-size bathroom is also shared. One parking space is available per booking. Use of the laundry room is permitted for guests who stays after 7 days and is limited to 2 loads. Common area is available to give a guest the feel of a home away from home. The use of the fire pit outside is permitted responsibly. It is my personal home and is best suited for a guest while on a short-term business assignment, a college student testing the road to independence, or someone exploring the possibility to relocate close to the border of North Carolina but selects Rock Hill due to the most favorable cost of living condition.

A few miles down the road sits Oskar Blues Brewery. Almost every weekend 5 minutes into Cedar Mountain township, there are restaurants with live music.

Also upon advanced request, you can order breakfast or a stocked minibar. This is a mountain property with a private dirt road. All wheel drive vehicles are suggested and appreciated. Pearson Falls is located at the base of the mountain, just a five minute drive from this cottage, and is noted one of the most accessible and breathtaking falls in our region. Pack a romantic or kindred picnic, take in the sights, and return home to this breathtaking view on a tranquil property. Please note that we live in and among nature. We are blessed with an abundance of wildlife including but not limited to deer, fox, coyote, bears, large cats, hawks, turkeys and my free range hens. Pups are very welcome on a leash and may not be left alone on the property without special consideration. Saluda and Asheville are dog friendly cities and most of what humans do, they are also welcome to enjoy! If you need pet assistance during an event, please reach out for accommodations with your host. Group or couples hikes with included picnic are available with advanced notice and availability. Use of a grill is offered and firewood is supplied for the outdoor firepit. Home is on a mountain road with hiking to a nearby waterfall, or perfect for a morning run.

The room has an en-suite bathroom. The house has a billiard table on the top floor that can vibe used by guests any time. The house is 7 min drive to 485, and Matthews downtown that is adjacent to Charlotte.

I live in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with a serene backyard. My house is situated 15-20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. I am close to interstate 485 & 85. I look forward to sharing my home and hospitality with students.

My cabin is set in a beautiful, peaceful and private cove by a pond in the mountains of NC! There are two units. I sometimes live upstairs but the downstairs is waiting for you to call it home during your stay!

This is a huge master bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath basement. It has a queen bed with a very comfortable bed and a matching dresser ,a night stand and a futon bed . This room has its own TV which has Roku TV besides a 62 inch TV in the shared living room. You would be sharing the living room , kitchen and dining room if the other room is booked. You will have your own full bathroom. You will be sharing the basement with other guest. The host live in the main floor and the guests have their own kitchen with brand new appliances.

Easy to get along with work 30 to 40 hours a week will to work things out if can't accommodate certain requirements I have a very sweet boy dog also ok with having another dog as long as they get along
