Three blocks from Azalea Park which have Tennis Courts, Racquetball court, Basketball court, soccer/football field and outdoor exercise gym all free. We are walking distance from the Shopping Mall & several outdoor strip Malls and eateries. We are directly across the street from a local Pub that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and 6 blocks away from St Petersburg College and public library. We are also adjacent or across the street to Pinellas Bike /walk trail. There is a separate fee stay in Florida for summer, fall & holiday winter times. Summer 35.00/night Summer specials if staying longer than three weeks, 30.00/night. Fall rates, 75.00/night, Fall Special if already booked and currently staying before fall starts 50.00/night. Holiday winter rates are 100.00/ night and for currently booked and already staying 70.00/night. This reduction is given for long term stays only or for people over the age of 65 years old. Note: if you wish to have dinner for the holidays kindly inform us. Dinner for Thanksgiving & Christmas will be 25.00 including dessert & drinks.

I'm a professional chef and have lived in Paris & Brazil. I prepare a full meal every night, and have hosted travelers and ESL students since 2011. As I’m welcoming strangers into my home, I only consider requests from guests who introduce themselves properly and have a profile picture. To reserve the room, I require a 50% deposit, with the balance paid the day before arrival. Guests pay any transfer fees. I try to keep my room booked, so I don't accept reservations more than a week or 2 in advance, and only open my calendar for 5 weeks. So the room may be available for longer than my calendar indicates--please ask! My price does include self-serve breakfast and a full-course dinner every night, and I also offer an optional Bento lunch for an additional charge. -Dinner is served when ready, between 7 & 8 pm. If you won’t be home for dinner, please tell me the night before. This site's pricing is confusing, because although my price includes breakfast and dinner, the description defaults to "Please note that only a light breakfast is included in the room rate. All other meals will incur an additional cost." but it also says "INCLUDED IN THE STAY Full Breakfast Half Board" Bottom line: dinner is included! Lunch available at extra cost.
