This adorable cottage house features FULLY FURNISHED 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with extra storage space that contains a washer and dryer. This house is convenient to Hwy 19 and 275 with plenty of shopping and grocery stores close by, 15 mins from St. Pete, and about 20 mins from the beach. Rent includes water, trash and lawn care (landlord needs access to storage for lawnmower) and washer and dryer. Tenant must have a minimum of 700 credit and renter's insurance is required. Background and credit check will be required. Short term and long term ok upon approval.

Queen sized Murphy bed with built in shelves and drawers on either side. Room includes closet, tall dresser, mount for TV, and a desk with storage.
