I'm pretty quiet, unintrusive, I prefer to just watch YouTube or play my Steam Deck when I'm not at one of my two jobs; Either at Jersey Mike's in Westlake, or at a Steel Mill in Cleveland as the security guard. I have one cat named Nightshade, and while I do love her, she's very attached to me and me alone so it might take her a minute to get used to you specifically. If asked I'll keep her in my room until she calms down. I don't have a car nor do I require parking, I use the bus to get places so I have that part handled, if anything I'll just be in and out of the house a lot. Other than that I'm fine with chores when asked, I'm cannabis friendly, and I'm okay with noise—Whatever is out there knows I need to learn to be more social anyhow. I'm willing to spend upwards of 550, maybe 600 a month? But I'm keeping it at 500 for now just for safety.
