I work 7:00 to 5:00 not home Sundays. I am clean quiet and responsible . I would like the same for my roommate ,pay on time , & clean after themselves. Also no work on premises.

The house is on the closer edge of simivalley, more on the side of thousand oaks and moorpark. 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, you would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with 2 other girls. We keep to ourselves and make sure to clean after. We have 2 dogs a husky and lab mix, they are both super sweet and enjoy laying around all day. However we are not interested in having any more dogs or cats on the property.
