$600 a month; 1st & last month to move in I am a conservative Christian and a disabled veteran who's seeking a responsible roommate to reside in the lower level of my 4br 2ba single family house.
Semi-furnished in Foxwood Hills with semi-private entrance & living area and a private bedroom & bathroom on Lake Hartwell (near exit 1 off I-85) Has smart lock with fingerprint and code entry, a full size private refrigerator, wall mounted smart TV, couch, chest of drawers and beds. The downstairs has its own private full bathroom, Living room area, and two bedrooms -- one of which I use for storage but am willing to dicuss.
I live upstairs and only really access the downstairs area to do laundry. Located about 10 miles from Seneca Walmart, 6 miles from downtown Westminster, and around 14 miles to Toccoa. If you are coming from Interstate 85, exit 1 is just a few miles away.
Very quiet neighborhood with security guard on duty. All utilities are included (Upcountry Fiber WIFI, modest use electricity, water) as well as access to the bar, restaurant, and olympic sized saltwater pool, all of which are only a block away. Use of refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer use, also included.
No smoking inside; no heavy drinkers or drug users
