Hey there, my name is Kyle and I'm a 26 year old professional seeking a roommate in a 3/2, 2000sqf home.
The room up for rent is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is. The house includes 2.5GBPS Fiber internet, a 75" 4K Television in the living room (pictures attached), a kitchen outfitted with a dish washer, garbage disposal, air fryer, coffee/latte maker, slow/pressure/rice cooker, etc.
The private room for rent has vinyl plank floors and the common areas are tiled except for the living room, which has vinyl plank beneath a plush area rug. The bathroom will be a shared bathroom with one other tenant. There is a washer and dryer in the home as well as a fully furnished porch in the fenced back yard. The home is 5 minutes out from US 1, and another couple minutes out from the Florida Turnpike. There are a handful of grocery stores and local restaurants in the local area. The neighborhood is a pretty quiet and respectful one. Landscaping is included. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen as well as a second one in the garage and cabinet space so plenty of storage for your groceries. If you're a gamer that could benefit from a wired connection, that could be easily arranged as well.
A new lease begins December 15TH, so your residency, preferably, will span until December 15TH of 2026. I am the only one in this house currently, but come January, two tenants will be moving in. A 21 year old woman named Nicole, my girlfriend, to stay in the master bedroom, and a 23 year old man, to occupy the room next to this one. Your responsibilities as a roommate are as simple as it gets. Pay your rent on time, clean up after yourself, and be a nice person to be around. Utilities, water, trash pickup, etc are all included in your rent. I'm just looking for a professional man or woman who isn't afraid to come out and say hi or hang out with your roommates every once in a while. I'm looking for both a roommate and a friendly person.
No drugs are allowed on the property, but drinking is okay. There will be 1 animal in the house as well, my 3 year old 25lb Pomsky who I promise you will adore.
