My name is Lizzy, and I am looking for a subleaser for the remainder of my lease: January - August! I go to graduate school in south Littleton, and I am really wanting to relocate there before next semester.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and you would have 6 very sweet female roommates who are all in college or graduate school. Also, the room will still be available after this lease is up, so if you want to stay longer than August, that is definitely an option! Rent is 600 per month, and the only other thing we pay for is electricity, which split between all of us, averages at around 20$ per person. We are two minutes from a shopping area with King Soopers, Michaels, and many other stores, and Belmar City Center is right down the road. We are right behind Colorado Christian University, which has been great for feeling extra safe as a female household with school security around.
My room is the largest in the basement, with a small walk-in closet and two windows that actually give good amounts of sunlight. You would be sharing a downstairs bathroom with two other girls, and there is a ton of privacy in the basement. The house has two living rooms, a sun room, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, and a large laundry area. We never feel cramped!
