Hi I have 2 fully furnished Queen Bedrooms available for rent (separately) each room is $1,000 a month with $100 security deposit required, and $100 cleaning deposit required all is due at least 72 hours before you plan to move in. No refunds after this point until agreement has been made with a 30 day advance move out notice from the renter of the room(s)made directly to me. Please keep in mind this is a month to month trial longer stays will be assessed and possibly agreed upon at a later time. No additional pets allowed not even service animals as I have the max allowed there for this place would not be ideal for anyone looking to move in with any pets. Also no guest or overnight stays will be at any time allowed. And all renters much be fully employed. This area is about 15-30 minutes outside near by city limits so personal transportation would be ideal to have. My home is very organized, clean and peaceful. I’m looking for a single male or female to rent out 2 of my rooms. (Separately) each room has the following items in them.
Bedroom 1:
A Queen size bed, 2 night stands, one 3x shelf glass storage table, 1 chest dresser, 1 full length mirror, 1 Smart Google device, 1 small -TV per room, 1 nightstand light, 1 bedroom nightlight, 1 laundry basket, hangers, 2 extra towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, a metal mailbox, 1 large under bed rug.
Bedroom 2:
A Queen size bed, 1 night stands, one 3x shelf glass storage table, 1 chest dresser, 1 full floor length mirror, 1 Smart Google device, 1 TV, 1 nightstand light, 1 bedroom nightlight, 1 laundry basket, hangers, 2 clean towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths, 1 hanging metal mailbox for mail collection, 1 large under bed rug.
Shared Bathroom’s :
1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 half bath downstairs.
