My name is, Lenore. My current roommate is moving out before the lease is up. Most of the furniture belongs to them so once they leave the apartment will be largely empty. We have a refrigerator, stove, and a new faucet in the sink. There is a communal laundry room that doubles as a storage too. There is a $50 application fee and they charge $50/month/pet.
